Dream in Colour

Presenting my two newest paintings, “Celestial Touch” and “Symphony of Pinks” original oil on canvas.

These are close to my heart as I always seem to creatively come back to the idea of the Colours of Dreams. “Walking through darkness with thoughts full of colours” There’s definitely an air of spirituality about my work, whether this is subconscious or not I am sill unsure but when I look at certain pieces I am reminded of the idea that we all have within us the “Celestial Fire” -glowing talent in the heart and mind, the fire that carries the potential for greatness but that can remain hidden if the person lacks the opportunity to fulfil it.

Often my vision is completely different to the final outcome, I love a storm, and although I will try to mute my colours they just get more vibrant and dreamlike, becoming something almost ethereal. Celestial - a visible heaven, from the sky or outside this world.
