What colour is this music?
Music is described in terms of painting: brightness, colour, texture, movement, density and light. For some people the senses are united in a singular and personal experience known as chromesthesia. Individuals with chromesthesia quite literally hear and see sound in colour. This got me thinking about the relationship between art, music and the spiritual and intellectual significance of colour.
